| 摘 要： | 趋化因子是机体内一群能使白细胞发生趋化运动的小分子细胞因子,其中的C-C趋化因子主要趋化和激活单核细胞和某些T细胞亚群,与炎症和免疫反应密切相关。糖尿病大血管病变主要是指主动脉、冠状动脉、脑动脉、肾动脉等大血管动脉粥样硬化。本文主要探讨C-C趋化因子与糖尿病大血管病变发病机制的关系以及在糖尿病大血管病变诊断和治疗中的应用进展。

| Abstract: | Chemokine is a family of small chemotactic cytokines that can tend the migration of leukoeytes. C-C chemokine is a group of chemokines that mainly chemoattract and activate the mononuclear cells and some T cell subsets,is closely related to inflammatory and immune reaction. The pathological changes of diabetes macroangiopathy mainly includes the diabetes-associated atherosclerosis of aorta, coronary artery, arteries cerebral and arteries renalis. This article discussed the relationship between CC chemokine and the diabetes macroangiopathy,as well as the use of CC chemokine in the diagnosis and treatment of the diabetes macroangiopathy. |
