重庆市城区居民及近郊农民健康知识和行为调查研究

目的调查分析重庆市城区居民及近郊农民健康相关基本知识、获得途径及相关行为的形成情况，为制定社区健康教育综合干预策略及干预效果评价提供依据。方法采用全国统一调查问卷，以定群随机抽样方法调查城市居民和近郊农民各300人。结果调查城市居民和近郊农民基本健康相关知识的知晓率为57．64％，相关行为形成率为55．97％。结论重庆市城区居民和近郊农民基本健康知识知晓率和相关行为形成率，距离“全国健康教育与健康促进工作规划纲要（2005-2010年）”提出的目标尚存在较大差距，普及基本健康相关知识，促进健康行为形成的工作任重道远。

Investigation about the healthy knowledge and behavior formation among urban residents and suburb peasants in Chongqing

Objective To know about the level of health knowledge, the approach gaining the knowledge and the condition of forming relevant correct behaviors among urban residents and suburb peasants in Cbongqing City. Methods A questionnaire survey was done among 300 urban residents and 300 suburb peasants. Results The awareness rate about the fundamental health knowledge among urban residents and suburb peasants was 57.64 %. The correct behavior forming rate was 55.97 %. Conclusion The awareness rate about the fundamental health knowledge and behaviors among urban residents and suburb peasants in Cbongqing was much lower than the target initiated in Working Planning Outline of China Health Education and Health Promotion Fulfilling in 2005-2010. It was arduous to popularize the fundamental healthy knowledge and healthy behaviors.
