| 摘 要： | 应用含镁极化液治疗慢性充血性心衰２６例，并随机选用不含镁极化液治疗２６例作为对照组。治疗组１个疗程后总有效率为９６．１％，对照组为７６．９％，两组对比差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），平均日尿量和心功能改善级数两组对比亦有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

| Abstract: | Twenty six cases of chronic heart failure were treated with magriferous polarized liquid and another 26 cases treated with this liquid (devoid of magnesium) were choosed randomly as control group. The total effective rate of one treatment course was 96.1% and that of control group was 76.8%,having significant diference ( P <0.05). The average daily urine volume and the class of improvement of heart function between the two groups also had significant differences (all P <0.05). |
