摘 要: | 目的了解多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR—ABA)是否存在新的氨基糖苷类药物耐药机制。方法采用PCR检测30株MDR—ABA菌12种16SrRNA甲基化酶和氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因。结果9株检出16SrRNA甲基化酶基因(30.0%),29株检出氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因(96.7%)。结论MDR—ABA菌存在新的氨基糖苷类药物耐药机制。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the new mechanisms of aminoglycoside drug resistance existing in multi-drug-resistant strains of Acinetobacter baumannii (MDR-ABA). Methods The genes of 12 kinds 16SrRNA methylase and aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results In 30 MDR-ABA strains, 9 strains carried 16SrRNA methylase gene(armA), 29 strains were positive for the genes of aminoglycoside-modifying enzymes. Conclusions The new mechanisms of aminoglycoside drug resistance exist in MDR-ABA. |
