输精管吻合不育家兔血清甾体类激素的变化

目的 :研究输精管吻合不育家兔血清睾酮、皮质醇及雌二醇变化。方法 :在复制输精管吻合模型的基础上 ,根据其生育能力的恢复与否分为吻合育组 (VFG)、吻合不育组 (VIG) ,另设同龄输精管结扎组 (VG)和假手术组 (SOG)作为对照。观察了各组的血清甾体类激素的变化。结果 :1血清睾酮含量 :VIG显著低于 VFG和 SOG(P<0 .0 1 ,P<0 .0 5) ,VFG显著高于 SOG、VG和 VIG(P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 5,P<0 .0 1 )。 2血清皮质醇含量及与睾酮含量的相关分析 :VFG的血清皮质醇的含量与 SOG在同一水平上 ;VIG显著地高于 VFG和 SOG(P值均小于 0 .0 1 )。血清皮质醇含量与睾酮间呈显著的负相关关系 (r=- 0 .61 0 8,P<0 .0 1 )。3血清雌二醇 (E2 )含量及其 E2 / T比值 :E2 含量 ,各组虽均于同一水平 (P均大于 0 .0 5)。但是 ,E2 / T比值则差异显著 ,以 VIG为最高 ,VFG为最低。结论 :高皮质醇水平、E2 / T高比值对导致吻合术后不育组睾酮水平下降起重要作用。

Study on the change of serum steroid hormone in infertility rabbits with vasovasostomy

? Objective:To study the content of serum testosterone,corticosteroid or estraroid in infertility rabbits with vasovasostomy.Methods:Rabbit Model of vasovasostomy was made by microsurgery.According to firtility abillity,the rabbits were divided into vasovasostomy fertillity group (VFG) and vasovasostomy infertility group (VIG).Vasectomy group (VG) and sham operation group (SOG) were set up at the same time.Serum steroid hormaones were measured in every group.Results:①The level of serum testosterone:VFG was significantly higher than SOG,VG and VIG ( P <0 05,<0 05,<0 01);significant difference was found between VIG and VFG,SOG ( P <0 01,<0 05),with the level in VIG being lowest. ②The level of serum corticosteroid in VIG was significantly higher than that in VFG and SOG ( P <0 01).The level of serum corticosteroid negatively correlated to that of serum testosterone ( r =-0.610 8, P <0 01 ).③E 2 level was similar among all the groups ( P >0 05).E 2/T ratio ws significantly different among the groups,with the highest in VIG and the lowest in VFG.Conclusion:The high level of both serum corticosteroid and E 2/T ratio play and important role in hypotestosterone of infertility rabbits with vasovasostomy. 〔
