剖宫产术后静脉自控镇痛的效果观察

目的：研究剖宫产术后静脉自控镇痛的疗效。方法：将240例产妇随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组130例采用术后静脉自控镇痛泵镇痛，对照组110例应用传统镇痛方法（肌内注射盐酸派替啶）。观察比较两组的镇痛效果、术后开奶时间和肛门排气时间。结果：观察组的镇痛效果明显高于对照组（P〈0．01），观察组术后开奶时间和术后肛门排气时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．01），差异有显著性。结论：静脉自控镇痛泵用于剖宫产术后镇痛效果明显，且能缩短术后开奶时间和肛门排气时间。

Effects of self-control intravenous analgesia after cesarean section

Objective ：To research the effects of self-control intravenous analgesia after cesarean section.Methods ：240 parturients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group 130 cases were treated by self-control intravenous analgesia pump ,while the control group 110 cases were treated by traditional analgecized methods （intramuscular injection hydroehloride pethidine）.To observe and compare the analgesic effect of the two groups, as well as the time of starting lactation and passage of gas by anus.Results：The analgesic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.01）,while the time of starting lactation and passage of gas by anus of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The effct of self-control intravenous analgesia is obvious for postoperative cases of cesarean section,which can shorten the time of postoperative starting lactation and passage of gas by anus, which is an effective analgesia method after cesarean section and worthy of promotion.
