旋毛虫新生幼虫的扫描电镜观察

摘    要:本文对旋毛虫新生幼虫扫描电镜下的体表形态作了描述。虫体呈线形,两端较细,中段较粗,其直径约6~7μm。头端呈圆锥形,其端部有一口孔,直径约0.5μm,内有一个可伸缩的口刺。头端周围有环状排列的感觉乳头,并有头感器,直径约0.27μm。虫体表面有许多环形皱褶,每一皱褶宽约0.57μm,还有许多纵形的小嵴,每条纵嵴宽约0.17μm,排列相当规则。虫体后端钝圆有一缝隙状的肛孔,宽约0.6μm。

Abstract:The surface morphology of newborn larva of Trjchinella spiralis was studied with scanning electron microscope. The newborn larva appeared to be thread-like with tapering ends. The mid-part of body is about 6-7 microns in diametre. A stylet was observed protruding from an oral opening. Its diametre is about 0. 5 micron. There are some papillae arranged in circle and amphids on the cephalic dome. They are about 0. 2micron in diametre. The transverse folds on the cuticle are ranged at regular intervals of about 0. 5micron and longitudinal ridges are ranged regularly at 0. 1micron intervals. The posterior end is round and smooth, with a slitlikely anal opening located centrally. Its diametre is about 0. 6microns.
