网络教学平台在重症医学科临床护理实习教学中的应用效果及教学质量评价

摘    要:目的评价网络教学平台在重症医学科临床护理实习教学中的应用效果及教学质量。方法从2017年7月-2018年7月在该院重症医学科接收临床护理实习的护生中抽取84名作为研究对象。参照组(42名)采用传统临床护理实习教学,网络教学平台组(42名)采用网络教学平台模式进行临床护理实习教学,评价两组重症医学科临床护理实习教学考核试卷评分、教学满意度。结果网络教学平台组护理综合理论知识重症医学科护理理论知识(15.56±2.34)分、重症医学科护理操作技能(16.86±2.89)分、重症医学科护理规章制度(15.23±2.23)分、无菌操作流程及规范(16.39±2.57)分、护理安全管理(15.45±2.08)分、案例分析题(15.27±2.45)分,教学模式认可度(18.17±1.23)分、教学环境(17.09±1.45)分、教学内容(18.04±1.52)分、教师教学态度(16.88±1.13)分、自我专业素质提升(17.56±1.61)分,均明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论网络教学平台在重症医学科临床护理实习教学中的应用效果及教学质量影响效果显著,可推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect and teaching quality of online teaching platform in clinical nursing practice teaching of intensive medicine. Methods From July 2017 to July 2018, 84 cases were selected from the nursing students who received clinical nursing practice in the intensive care department of the hospital. The reference group(42 cases) used traditional clinical nursing practice teaching, and the network teaching platform group(42 cases) adopted the network teaching platform model for clinical nursing practice teaching, and evaluated the scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of critical medicine clinical clinical practice teaching examinations. Results The network teaching platform group nursing comprehensive theoretical knowledge critical care medical knowledge(15.56 ±2.34)points, critical medical nursing operation skills(16.86±2.89)points, critical medical nursing rules and regulations(15.23±2.23)points, aseptic operation process and specifications(16.39±2.57) points, nursing safety management(15.45±2.08)points, case analysis questions(15.27±2.45)points, teaching model recognition(18.17±1.23)points, teaching environment(17.09±1.45)points, teaching content(18.04±1.52)points, teaching attitude of teachers(16.88±1.13)points, and improvement of self-professional quality(17.56±1.61)points were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of network teaching platform in clinical nursing practice teaching of intensive medicine department and the effect of teaching quality are significant, and it can be popularized and applied.
