以病例为引导的互动式教学模式在血液透析室护理带教中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨以病例为引导的互动式教学模式在血液透析室护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1-12月期间该院血液透析室护理实习生30名,均为女性,根据随机原则进行分组,各15名,对照组采用传统护理带教方式,观察组采用以病例为引导的互动式教学模式,比较两组护理带教教学质量、教学趣味性评分、护理实习生带教前带教后的学习兴趣、基础考核成绩、专科操作成绩。结果①观察组基本工作职责及流程掌握(20.35±3.56)分、血液透析护理要点掌握(20.65±3.63)分、护理熟练度(20.55±3.65)分、护理风险防范意识(20.50±3.50)分、护理突出事件处理能力评分(20.50±3.50)分明显比对照组更高(P<0.05)。②观察组教学学习兴趣(9.15±0.55)分、知识接受情况(9.28±0.35)分、注意力吸引评分(8.38±0.82)分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。③观察组护理实习生带教后理论成绩(99.15±0.32)分、基础考核成绩(92.51±2.62)分、专科操作成绩(91.55±2.83)分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组护理实习生带教后理论成绩、基础考核成绩、专科操作成绩明显高于带教前(P<0.05)。结论在血液透析室护理带教中应用以病例为引导的互动式教学模式,可以有效地提高血液透析室护理带教教学质量、教学趣味性评分、护理实习生带教后的学习兴趣、基础考核成绩、专科操作成绩。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of case-oriented interactive teaching mode in nursing teaching in hemodialysis room. Methods From January to December 2018, 30 nursing interns in the hemodialysis room, all female, were grouped according to the random principle. Each group consisted of 15 people. The control group used traditional nursing teaching methods. The observation group used a case-oriented interactive teaching mode to compare the teaching quality of nursing teaching, scoring of teaching interest, nursing interns’ learning interest before and after teaching, basic assessment results,and specialty operation results. Results 1.Observation group basic job responsibilities and process mastery(20.35±3.56)points,mastery of hemodialysis nursing key points(20.65±3.63)points, nursing proficiency(20.55±3.65)points, nursing risk prevention awareness(20.50±3.50)points, nursing outstanding event processing ability score(20.50±3.50)points was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).2.The observation group’s interest in teaching and learning(9.15±0.55)points, knowledge acceptance(9.28±0.35)points, and attention attraction score(8.38±0.82)points were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). 3.The theoretical results(99.15±0.32)points, basic assessment results(92.51±2.62)points, and professional operation results(91.55±2.83)points of the nursing trainees in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing intern group’s theoretical scores, basic assessment scores, and specialty operation scores after teaching were significantly higher than those before teaching(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case-oriented interactive teaching mode in the nursing teaching of hemodialysis room can effectively improve the teaching quality of nursing teaching in hemodialysis room, the scoring of teaching interest, the learning interest and basis of nursing intern examination results, specialist operation results.
