人文关怀在胸外科护理管理中的应用

目的探讨人文关怀在胸外科护理管理中的应用观察。方法选择2017年1月-2019年2月该院胸外科护理人员50名作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)。对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用人文关怀,经过1个月的护理管理后对效果进行评估,比较两组护理人员对护理工作的评分情况,比较两组护理管理后的治疗管理依从性结果。结果该研究中,两组护理人员管理前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组护理人员对护理工作的评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),经过1个月的管理后,观察组护理人员管理后患者治疗管理依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将人文关怀应用到对胸外科护理管理中有较好的护理管理效果,通过管理后,护理人员对待护理工作的整体评分有明显的提高,有效地提升了患者对于护理工作的满意度,值得被推广应用。

Application of Humane Care in Nursing Management of Thoracic Surgery

Objective To investigate the application of humanistic care in nursing management of thoracic surgery. Methods From January 2017 to February 2019, 50 cases of thoracic surgery nursing staff in the hospital were selected as subjects. The random number table was divided into the control group(n=25) and the observation group(n=25). The control group used routine nursing management, and the observation group used humanistic care. After one month of nursing management, the effect was evaluated. The nursing staff scores of the two groups were compared, and the compliance results of the nursing management after the two groups were compared. Results In this study, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of nursing staff before management(P >0.05). The nursing staff in the observation group scored significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). After one month of management, the observation The compliance of the nursing staff in the treatment management group after the management was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanistic care in nursing management of thoracic surgery has a good nursing management effect. After management, the overall score of nursing staff on nursing work has been significantly improved, which effectively improves the patient’s satisfaction with nursing work. It is worthwhile promotion and application.
