项目管理理论在妇幼保健院护理创新管理中的应用

目的研究在妇幼保健院护理创新管理中实行项目管理理论的应用价值。方法选取在2018年期间入住该院的980例患者作为该次研究对象,按照患者的入院顺序号码的奇偶性分为两组,即对照组与研究组,对照组实施常规护理模式,研究组在常规护理模式上采用项目管理理论,然后对比两组不良事件的发生率及满意情况。结果实施两种不同的护理模式后,对照组患者护理投诉率(7.96%)、护理差错率(12.04%)、护理缺陷率(8.98%)均高于研究组患者护理投诉率(0.00%)、护理差错率(0.41%)、护理缺陷率(5.31%),两组间进行对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者对护理工作的满意度为86.12%,研究组患者对护理工作的满意度为95.92%,研究组患者的满意请况明显优于对照组,两组间进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论项目管理理论在妇幼保健院护理创新管理中具有很高的临床应用价值,能显著提高妇幼保健院护理质量,患者的满意度高,值得在临床护理中广泛的去推广。

Application of Project Management Theory in Nursing Innovation Management of Maternal and Child Health Hospital

Objective To study the application value of project management theory in nursing innovation management in maternity and child health hospitals.Methods A total of 980 patients who were admitted to this hospital during 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were divided into two groups according to the parity of the patient’s admission sequence number,namely the control group and the study group.The control group implemented the conventional nursing mode.Project management theory was adopted in the routine nursing model in the study group,and then the incidence and satisfaction of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After implementing two different nursing modes,the nursing complaint rate(7.96%),nursing error rate(12.04%),and nursing defect rate(8.98%)were higher in the control group than in the study group(0.00%),the nursing error rate(0.41%)and nursing defect rate(5.31%).The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the control group was86.12%.The job satisfaction was 95.92%.The satisfaction of patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Project management theory has high clinical application value in the nursing innovation management of maternity and child health care hospitals.It can significantly improve the quality of nursing care in maternity and child health care hospitals,and the patient satisfaction is high.It is worth widely promoting in clinical nursing.
