风险管理在心胸外科护理管理中的应用与效果观察

目的探讨风险管理在心胸外科护理管理中的应用与效果观察。方法选取2018年1-6月以及2018年7-12月该院心胸外科住院护理人员作为调查研究对象。其中2018年1-6月心胸外科临床护理人员接受常规住院护理管理,2018年7-12月则接受风险管理下的心胸外科护理管理,对比两期间临床护理风险事件发生情况以及医护人员对护理管理的满意度情况。结果 2018年7-12月期间发生护理投诉、护理差错、护理并发症等护理风险事件发生率明显低于2018年1-6月(P<0.05),并且2018年7-12月期间医护人员对护理管理满意度明显高于2018年1-6月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在心胸外科护理管理中实施风险管理能够有效降低护理差错、护理事故等护理风险事件,对保证心胸外科患者住院期间治疗与护理效果、生活质量、身心健康具有积极作用,同时能够有效避免医患、护患矛盾的发生与进一步加剧,具有应用及推广价值。

Application and Effect Observation of Risk Management in Nursing Management of Cardiothoracic Surgery

Objective To explore the application and effect observation of risk management in nursing management of cardiothoracic surgery. Methods The inpatient nursing work of cardiothoracic surgery in the hospital from January to June2018 and July to December 2018 was selected as the research object. Among them, the clinical nursing staff of cardiothoracic surgery in 2018 January to June received routine inpatient nursing management, and the nursing care of cardiothoracic surgery under risk management in July to December compared the occurrence of clinical nursing risk events and the satisfaction of medical staff in nursing management during the two periods. Results The incidence of nursing risk events such as nursing complaints, nursing errors, and nursing complications between 2018 July and December was significantly lower than that from 2018 January to June(P <0.05), and the medical staff’s satisfaction with nursing management was significantly higher between 2018 July and December than that from 2018 January to June, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of risk management in nursing management of cardiothoracic surgery can effectively reduce nursing risk events such as nursing errors and nursing accidents. It has a positive effect on ensuring the treatment and nursing effect, quality of life, and physical and mental health of patients undergoing cardiothoracic surgery. The occurrence and intensification of the contradiction between nurse and patient has application and promotion value.
