高等护理教育中思政教育与人文素养培育耦合模式设计与效果评价

摘    要:通过研究高等护理教育中思政教育与人文素养培育耦合模式为护理专业学生的人文素养培养提供有益的参考。该文首先分析了耦合模式构建的必要性,明确构建耦合模式的原因;其次从对象、目标、内容的一致性出发,探讨了耦合模式的可行性;最后理论教学、社会实践、临床教学3个层面入手探讨了耦合模式构建的具体途径,并且探讨了耦合模式下对于思政教育与人文素养培育的效果。

Abstract:By studying the coupling mode of ideological and political education and humanistic cultivation in higher nursing education,it provides a useful reference for the humanistic cultivation of nursing students.The article first analyzes the necessity of constructing a coupling model,and clarifies the reasons for constructing a coupling model.Second,it explores the feasibility of a coupling model from the consistency of objects,goals,and content.Finally,the three levels of theoretical teaching,social practice,and clinical teaching are discussed.It starts with exploring the specific ways of constructing the coupling mode,and explores the effects of ideological and political education and humanities cultivation under the coupling mode.
