妇科护理带教中PDCA管理法的应用效果研究

摘    要:目的研究妇科护理实习带教过程中采用PDCA管理法实施管理的效果。方法选择选择于2017年4月-2019年4月在该院妇科进行实习的护生50名,通过随机分组的方法将其分成对照组(25名)和研究组(25名)。对照组采用常规妇科护理实习带教管理模式进行管理;研究组采用PDCA管理法进行管理。比较两组护生对实习期间带教管理模式的满意度、实习计划实施总时间、实习期间操作性不良事件发生情况、管理干预前后理论知识和操作技能考核评分水平。结果研究组研究对象对实习期间带教管理模式的满意度达到96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%;实习计划实施总时间短于对照组;实习期间无操作性不良事件发生,少于对照组的6例;管理干预前后理论知识和操作技能考核评分水平的改善幅度大于对照组。组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科护理实习带教过程中采用PDCA管理法实施管理,可以减少操作性不良事件的发生,大幅度改善理论知识和操作技能水平,缩短实习计划实施时间,使护生对实习带教管理模式的满意度得到显著提升。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of PDCA management method in the management of gynecological nursing practice teaching. Methods Fifty nursing students were selected for internship in gynecology in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019. They were divided into control group(25) and study group(25) by random grouping. The control group adopted the management mode of conventional gynecological nursing practice teaching;the research group adopted the PDCA management method for management. The two groups of nursing students were compared with their satisfaction with the teaching management mode during the internship, the total time for implementing the internship plan, the occurrence of operational adverse events during the internship, and the theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment scores before and after the management intervention. Results The research group’s satisfaction with the teaching management mode during the internship was 96.00%, which was higher than the 68.00% of the control group. The total implementation time of the internship program was shorter than that of the control group. No operational adverse events occurred during the internship, which was less than the control group of 6 cases;the degree of improvement in the theoretical knowledge and operational skills assessment scores before and after the management intervention was greater than in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in data between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PDCA management method during gynecological nursing practice teaching can reduce the occurrence of operational adverse events, greatly improve the level of theoretical knowledge and operating skills, shorten the implementation time of the internship plan, and enable nursing students to implement the management model of internship teaching. Satisfaction has been significantly improved.
