| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理安全管理在老年病房护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院老年病房护理安全管理实施前(对照组)与实施后(观察组)住院治疗的各45例老年患者,比较两组老年人的不安全事件发生率及护理管理满意率。结果安全组的不安全事件发生率为4.44%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05);安全组的护理管理满意率为97.78%,显著低于对照组的84.44%(P<0.05)。结论将护理安全管理应用于老年病房护理管理中,能够有效降低不安全事件发生率,提高护理管理满意率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of nursing safety management in nursing management of geriatric ward.Methods Forty-five elderly patients who were hospitalized before the implementation of nursing safety management in our senile ward(control group)and after implementation(safety group)were selected.The incidence of unsafe events and the satisfaction rate of nursing management were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of unsafe events in the safety group was 4.44%,which was significantly lower than 20.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of nursing management in the safety group was 97.78%,which was significantly lower than 84.44%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying nursing safety management to nursing management in geriatric ward can effectively reduce the incidence of unsafe events and improve the satisfaction rate of nursing management. |
