神经内科临床路径带教方法及优势分析

摘    要:目的探讨神经内科临床路径带教方法及优势分析。方法2017年2月—2018年1月间该研究设计对象为神经内科学生20名,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组10名,给予对照组传统教学,给予观察组临床路径带教。对比两组实习生的考核成绩、满意度评价、思维评分,进行统计学分析。结果观察组实习生的理论成绩(91.65±6.17)分、操作成绩(92.82±6.78)分、综合成绩(92.19±5.98)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=7.868、9.856、8.857,P<0.05)。观察组实习生的满意度评分(94.82±7.78)分高于对照组(82.54±7.18)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.757,P<0.05)。观察组实习生教学后的思维评分(36.97±4.32)分高于对照组(28.78±4.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科带教中应用临床路径带教,有效提高学生学习成绩,得到满意评价,改善思维能力,应用价值高。

Abstract:Objective To explore the methods and advantages of clinical pathway teaching in neurology.Methods From February 2017 to January 201820 cases of neurology students were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 10 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching and the observation group was given clinical pathways.The assessment results,satisfaction evaluation and thinking score of the two groups of interns were compared for statistical analysis.Results The theoretical scores(91.65±6.17)points,operational scores(92.82±6.78)points,and comprehensive scores(92.19±5.98)points of the trainees in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,statistical significance(t=7.868,9.856,8.857,P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the intern group in the observation group(94.82±7.78)points was higher than that in the control group(82.54±7.18)points,which was statistically significant(t=7.757,P<0.05).The thinking score of the trainees in the observation group(36.97±4.32)points was higher than that in the control group(28.78±4.86)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of clinical path teaching in neurology teaching can effectively improve students'academic performance,obtain satisfactory evaluation,improve thinking ability,and have high application value.
