风险管理在消毒供应中心工作中的运用及效果分析

目的探究风险管理在消毒供应中心的应用效果,探究风险管理在消毒供应室管理中的应用效果。方法2019年1—8月间选取8名医护人员为参照组,采用常规管理办法。选取10名医护人员为试验组,采用风险管理模式,比对两组的灭菌合格率、消毒达标率、包装质量合格率、员工满意度。使用SPSS 23.0统计学软件进行统计。结果比对两组医护人员管理后的灭菌知识、灭菌实操与综合评分,试验组均分高于参照组(P<0.01)。比对两组医护人员管理后的消毒知识、消毒实操与综合评分,试验组均分高于参照组(P<0.01)。比对两组医护人员管理后的包装收回、供给、包装质量和综合评分,试验组均分高于参照组(P<0.01)。比对两组工作人员满意度评分,试验组均分明显高于参照组(P<0.01)。结论对消毒供应中心实施风险管理模式,不仅提高医护人员的业务能力和知识水平,还对供给、收回、包装等护理质量具有改善作用,提高了医护人员的工作满意度。

Application and Effect Analysis of Risk Management in Disinfection Supply Center

Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in the disinfection supply center.Methods From January to Auguse 2019,8 medical staff were selected as the reference group,and the routine management method was adopted.10 medical personnel were selected as the experimental group,and the risk management mode was adopted to compare the sterilization qualification rate,the compliance rate of disinfection standards,the packaging quality qualification rate,and employee satisfaction.Statistics were performed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software.Results Comparing the sterilization knowledge,sterilization practice and comprehensive score of the two groups of medical staff after management,the experimental group scores were higher than the reference group(P<0.01).Comparing the disinfection knowledge,disinfection practice and comprehensive scores of the two groups of medical staff after management,the experimental group scores were higher than the reference group(P<0.01).Comparing the package recovery,supply,package quality and comprehensive scores of the two groups of medical personnel after management,the experimental group scores were higher than the reference group(P<0.01).Comparing the staff satisfaction scores of the two groups,the average score of the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.01).Conclusion Implementing a risk management model for the disinfection and supply center not only improves the professional ability and knowledge level of medical staff,but also improves the quality of care such as supply,recovery,and packaging,improving the job satisfaction of medical staff and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
