精细化管理在感染科护理安全管理中的应用

目的分析探讨感染科护理安全管理工作中精细化管理的应用效果。方法采取随机数字表法将该院在2018年1月-2019年1月收治的128例感染科患者分成两个不同的组别,每组64例;对照组给予常规护理安全管理方法 ,观察组则在护理安全管理工作中渗透精细化管理理念方法,比较两组护理管理效果。结果观察组术后进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间,均明显短于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(t=12.358、11.287、5.263,P<0.05)。在护理管理风险事件总发生率方面,观察组的3.13%,和对照组的26.56%比较明显更低,两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.256,P<0.05)。在护理管理服务总满意程度方面,观察组的96.88%,和对照组的62.50%比较明显更高,两组数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=11.468,P<0.05)。结论感染科护理安全管理工作中,精细化管理理念方法的应用,可提高护理管理质量,降低护理管理风险事件发生率,提高患者对护理管理服务的满意程度;因此,值得采纳及应用。

Application of Refined Management in Nursing Safety Management of Infection Department

Objective To analyze the application effect of fine management in nursing safety management of infectious diseases department. Methods The random number table method was used this time to divide the 128 infectious patients admitted in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 into two different groups, with an average of 64 cases in each group;the control group was given routine nursing safety management method, the observation group penetrated the refined management concepts and methods in the nursing safety management work, and further compared the two groups’ nursing management effects. Results The postoperative feeding time, time to get out of bed, and length of hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(t=12.358, 11.287, 5.263, P<0.05). In terms of the overall incidence of risk events in nursing management, 3.13% in the observation group was significantly lower than 26.56% in the control group, and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=11.256, P<0.05). In terms of overall satisfaction of nursing management services, 96.88% of the observation group was significantly higher than 62.50% of the control group. The data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^2=11.468, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of refined management concepts and methods in the nursing safety management of infectious diseases can improve the quality of nursing management, reduce the incidence of risk events in nursing management, and increase the satisfaction of patients with nursing management services;therefore, it is worthy of adoption and application.
