PBL联合CBL教学模式在住院医师规范化培训中的应用

目的研究在住院医师规范化培训过程中,采用PBL联合CBL教学模式的效果。方法将60名接受规范化培训的住院医师纳入该次实验,采用随机数字表法将其中30名纳入参照组,剩余30名纳入研究组,在住院医师规范化培训过程中,两组分别实施常规讲授式教学模式和PBL联合CBL教学模式,统计并比较两种教学模式下学员的培训成绩及其对住院医师规范化培训的满意度。结果培训后研究组理论知识、实践操作以及案例分析考核成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对住院医师规范化培训教学法的满意度93.33%高于参照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在住院医师规范化培训过程中,采用PBL联合CBL教学模式,可以提高住院医师规范化培训效果,并可提高学员对住院医师规范化培训的满意度,是一种较为理想的住院医师规范化培训教学模式。

Application of PBL and CBL Teaching Mode in Standardized Training of Residents

Objective To study the effect of using PBL combined with CBL teaching mode in the standardized training of residents.Methods 60 residents who received standardized training were included in this experiment.30 of them were included in the reference group using the random number table method,and the remaining 30 were included in the research group.During the standardized training of residents,two groups were given a conventional lecture teaching mode and the PBL combined with the CBL teaching mode respectively to count and compare the training achievements of trainees under two teaching modes and their satisfaction with standardized training for residents.Results After training,the research group's theoretical knowledge,practical operation,and case analysis and assessment scores were higher than the reference group(P<0.05);the research group's satisfaction with the standardized training teaching method for residents was 93.33%higher than the reference group's 80.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of standardized training for residents,using PBL combined with CBL teaching mode can improve the effectiveness of standardized training for residents and improve the satisfaction of students with standardized training for residents.It is an ideal standardized training mode for residents.
