CT与MRCP对胆道梗阻性疾病的诊断效果分析

目的探讨胆道梗阻性疾病应用CT与MRCP检查的诊断效果。方法选取2015年1月—2017年12月在天津市南开医院接受手术治疗的100例单纯性胆道梗阻性疾病患者为研究对象,所有患者术前均在接受CT及MRCP检查,以术后病理结果为金标准,分析CT及MRCP检查的诊断效果。结果胰腺炎的CT检查准确率高于MRCP,胆总管结石及壶腹癌的MRCP检查准确率高于CT,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种检查方法对其他胆道梗阻性疾病的诊断准确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CT联合MRCP检查对胆道梗阻性疾病的诊断准确率优于单一采用CT或MRCP检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆道梗阻性疾病采用CT联合MRCP检查的诊断效果更好,可在临床推广使用。

Effect Analysis of CT and MRCP in the Diagnosis of Biliary Obstructive Diseases

Objective To investigate the effect of CT and MRCP in the diagnosis of biliary obstructive diseases.Methods A total of 100 cases with biliary obstructive diseases who underwent surgical treatment in Tianjin Nankai Hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected as objects.All patients were examined by CT and MRCP before operation.Based on the postoperative pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic effect of CT and MRCP was analyzed.Results The accuracy of CT in pancreatitis was significantly higher than that of MRCP(P<0.05).The accuracy of MRCP in choledocholithiasis and ampullary carcinoma was significantly higher than that of CT(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between CT and MRCP in other biliary obstructive diseases(P>0.05).CT combined with MRCP in the diagnosis of biliary obstructive diseases was significantly better than CT or MRCP alone(P<0.05).Conclusion CT combined with MRCP is more effective in the diagnosis of biliary obstruction.It is worthy of reference and promotion.
