2013—2017年红河州有毒有害作业工人健康监护结果分析

目的通过分析2013—2017年红河州部分企业有毒有害作业工人健康监护现状,为红河州有毒有害作业工人健康监护工作提出防控措施。方法依托《职业病与职业卫生信息监测系统》中2013—2017年上报数据,对辖区内接触有毒有害作业的在岗工人监测数据从企业规模、经济类型、行业性质和职业危害因素等方面进行分析,提出对工人有效的保护措施,降低工人职业病的发生率。结果2013—2017年红河州有毒有害作业工人健康监护实检人数和实检率总体呈上升趋势。2013—2015疑似职业病检出率呈明显下降趋势,2015—2017年基本持平。小型企业、私有经济、采矿业疑似职业病检出率最高,粉尘是导致发生职业病主要危害因素。结论红河州的职业病防治水平逐渐得以提高,工人的受检率也在逐渐上升,同时,应提高职业病健康医师的检测水平,加大职业病相关知识的宣传力度,提高工人的健康意识。

Analysis on the Results of Health Surveillance of Toxic and Hazardous Workers in Honghe Prefecture from 2013 to 2017

Objective To analyze the current status of health surveillance of toxic and hazardous workers in some enterprises in Honghe Prefecture from 2013 to 2017,and propose prevention and control measures for the health surveillance of toxic and hazardous workers in Honghe Prefecture.Methods Based on the data reported in the"Occupational Diseases and Occupational Health Information Surveillance System"from 2013 to 2017,the monitoring data of on-the-job workers exposed to toxic and harmful operations in their jurisdictions were analyzed from the aspects of enterprise size,economic type,industry nature and occupational hazard factors Put forward effective protection measures for workers to reduce the incidence of workers'occupational diseases.Results From 2013 to 2017,the number and actual inspection rate of health surveillance of toxic and hazardous workers in Honghe Prefecture showed an overall upward trend.The detection rate of suspected occupational diseases in 2013-2015 showed a significant downward trend,and was basically flat from 2015 to 2017.Small businesses,the private economy,and the mining industry had the highest detection rates of suspected occupational diseases.Dust is the main hazard factor that causes occupational diseases.Conclusion The level of occupational disease prevention and treatment in Honghe Prefecture has gradually improved,and the inspection rate of workers has also gradually increased.At the same time,the level of detection by occupational health physicians,the promotion of knowledge about occupational diseases,and the awareness of workers'health should be improved.
