精细化护理管理对开放性四肢骨折手术切口感染的影响分析

目的研究精细化护理管理对开放性四肢骨折手术切口感染的影响。方法选取2017年6月-2018年5月在该院手术室实施手术治疗的开放性四肢骨折患者102例,2017年6-12月的四肢骨折患者52例为观察组实施精细化护理管理,对照组2018年1-5月的四肢骨折患者50例,实施普通护理常规。对比两组患者、家属满意度及两组患者切口感染发生情况。结果患者切口感染发生率无论是浅部组织感染还是深部组织感染观察组均低于对照组,观察组52例患者中浅部组织感染2例,占3.85%,深部组织感染1例占1.92%,而对照组50例患者中浅部组织感染6例,占12.00%,深部组织感染3例占6.00%。而且观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理用于开放性四肢骨折患者的切口感染预防中,明显降低切口感染的发生率,提高患者的满意度,值得推广。

Analysis of the Effect of Refined Nursing Management on Surgical Incision Infection in Open Limb Fractures

Objective To study the effect of fine-grained nursing management on surgical incision infection in open limb fractures. Methods A total of 102 patients with open limb fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the operating room from June 2017 to May 2018 in the hospital were selected and from June to December 2017, 52 patients with limb fractures were observed in the observation group to implement refined nursing management, and the control group was from January to May 2018. 50 patients with limb fractures were treated with general nursing routine. The satisfaction of two groups of patients and their families and the incidence of incisional infection in the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of incision infection in patients was lower than that in the control group in both superficial tissue infection and deep tissue infection. Among the 52 patients in the observation group, 2 were superficial tissue infections, accounting for 3.85%,and 1 was a deep tissue infection, accounting for 1.92%. Among the 50 patients in the control group, 6 were superficial tissue infections, accounting for 12.00%, and 3 were deep tissue infections, accounting for 6.00%. And the patient satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing risk management is used in the prevention of incision infection in patients with open limb fractures, which significantly reduces the incidence of incision infection and improves patient satisfaction. It is worth promoting.
