2型糖尿病患者实施临床合理用药指导的效果

目的探讨对2型糖尿病患者采取临床合理用药指导对用药依从性的效果。方法本次78例研究对象是2018年10月-2019年10月本院收治的2型糖尿病患者,经双盲法分组,比较两组患者血糖控制情况与治疗依从性。结果干预后,观察组比对照组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平更低,差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗依从性方面,观察组显著高于对照组,两组差异呈统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对2型糖尿病患者采取临床合理用药指导,能够控制患者血糖水平,增强患者疾病知识掌握能力,改善患者病情,提升治疗依从性。

Evaluation of the Effect of Clinical Rational Medication Guidance on the Compliance of Type 2 Diabetic Patients

Objective To explore the effect of rational clinical medication guidance on drug compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods 78 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were divided into two groups by double-blind method to compare the blood glucose control and treatment compliance of the two groups.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in terms of treatment compliance,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The reasonable clinical medication guidance for type 2 diabetic patients can control the blood glucose level,enhance the ability to master disease knowledge,improve the patient’s condition and enhance the treatment compliance.
