消毒供应室质量持续改进在手术器械供应管理中的应用

摘    要:目的探究消毒供应室质量持续改进在手术器械供应管理中的应用价值。方法观察消毒供应室质量持续改进在手术器械供应管理中的应用情况,对质量持续改进实施前(2019年1月-2019年5月)和实施后(2019年6月-2019年10月)的器械包包装缺陷率、灭菌失败率、错发率及迟发率进行统计学分析,探究其应用价值。结果质量持续改进实施前,消毒供应室的器械包包装缺陷率为0.95%,明显高于实施后的0.40%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.178;P=0.001);实施前器械包灭菌失败率为0.16%,明显高于实施后的0.02%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.564;P=0.010);实施前器械包错发率为0.34%,明显高于实施后的0.07%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.100;P=0.001);实施前器械包的迟发率为0.14%,明显高于实施后的0.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.164;P=0.004)。结论质量持续改进措施能够显著改善消毒供应室的工作质量,提高消毒程序合格率,保证临床医疗的安全。

Application of Continuous Quality Improvement of Disinfection Supply Room in Surgical Instrument Supply Management

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of continuous quality improvement of disinfection supply room in the supply management of surgical instruments.Methods To observe the application of quality continuous improvement of disinfection supply room in the supply management of surgical instruments,and to make statistical analysis on the package defect rate,sterilization failure rate,wrong rate and late rate of instruments before and after the implementation of quality continuous improvement(January 2019 to May 2019)and after the implementation of quality continuous improvement(June 2019 to October 2019),so as to explore its application value.Results Before the implementation of quality continuous improvement,the packaging defect rate of the instrument set in the disinfection supply room was 0.95%,which was significantly higher than 0.40%after the implementation,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=13.178;P=0.001);the failure rate of sterilization of the instrument set before the implementation was 0.16%,which was significantly higher than 0.02%after the implementation,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=6.564;P=0.010);the error rate of the instrument set before the implementation was 0.34%,which was significantly higher than 0.07%after the implementation,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=10.100;P=0.001);the delayed rate of the instrument set before the implementation was 0.14%,significantly higher than 0.00%after the implementation,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=8.164;P=0.004).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement measures can significantly improve the quality of disinfection supply room,improve the qualification rate of disinfection procedures,and ensure the safety of clinical medical treatment.
