基于微信平台PBL教学法在胃肠外科临床见习教学中的应用效果分析

摘    要:目的探究基于微信平台PBL教学法在胃肠外科临床见习教学中的应用效果。方法选择2019年3-5月在该院实习的62名大学本科三年级的医学生作为研究对象,使用随机抽签的方式将其分为对照组和观察组,各31名,对照组接受传统教学模式教学,观察组接受基于微信平台PBL教学法教学,观察对比两组学生的出科考试成绩,学生中的优秀成绩占比,学生对于教学的满意程度。结果观察组学生和对照组学生的理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组学生的知识运用能力考核成绩要高于对照组,观察组学生中的优良成绩率要高于对照组,观察组学生对于教学的满意度评分(92.58±4.68)分要大于对照组(t=5.420,P<0.05)。结论基于微信平台PBL教学法在胃肠外科临床见习教学中具有良好的应用效果,可以有效的提高学生的知识运用能力,增加优秀成绩学生的教导率,提高实习生对于医院教学的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform in clinical probation teaching of gastrointestinal surgery. Methods 62 third-year undergraduate medical students who were interned in our hospital from March 2019 to May 2019 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group received the traditional teaching mode, the observation group received the PBL teaching method based on the WeChat platform, and observed and compared the results of the two groups of students in the examinations, the outstanding percentage of the students, and the students’ satisfaction with the teaching. Results There was no significant difference in the theoretical results between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05), which was not statistically significant. The students in the observation group were better than those in the control group in the assessment of their ability to use knowledge. The percentage of excellent students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The students in the observation group(92.58±4.68)points were more satisfied with the teaching than the control group(t=5.420,P<0.05). Conclusion The PBL teaching method based on the WeChat platform has a good application effect in the clinical trainee teaching of gastrointestinal surgery, which can effectively improve the students’ knowledge utilization ability, increase the teaching rate of outstanding students, and improve the intern’s satisfaction with hospital teaching.
