儿童哮喘管理在基层医院儿科临床工作中的实践

目的探究在基层医院儿科临床工作中加强儿童哮喘管理的临床价值。方法选取于2017年5月-2019年5月该院收治的哮喘患儿120例,随机分为观察组(儿童哮喘管理)和对照组(常规管理),各60例。结果与对照组相比,观察组患儿临床症状消失时间(4.25±1.02)d较短(t=12.514,P<0.05);同时相比于对照组(38.33%),观察组疾病复发率(11.67%)较低(χ^2=10.023,P<0.05)。结论在基层医院儿科临床工作中加强儿童哮喘管理的临床价值十分显著,能够促进哮喘患儿临床症状消失时间明显缩短,同时使疾病复发率有效降低。

Practice of Child Asthma Management in Pediatric Clinical Work in Primary Hospitals

Objective To explore the clinical value of strengthening children’s asthma management in pediatric clinical work in primary hospitals. Methods A total of 120 children with asthma treated in the hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(children’s asthma management) and control group(routine management) each with 60 people. Results Compared with the control group, the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms in the observation group(4.25±1.02)d was shorter(t=12.514,P<0.05);meanwhile, the disease recurrence rate in the observation group(38.33% vs 11.67%) lower(χ^2=10.023,P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical value of strengthening the management of children’s asthma in the pediatric clinical work of primary hospitals is very significant. It can promote the apparent reduction of clinical symptoms of children with asthma, and effectively reduce the recurrence rate of the disease.
