安全目标管理在肿瘤科护理中的应用

目的研究分析在肿瘤科护理中应用安全目标管理的效果。方法选取在2017年期间来该院进行治疗的98例肿瘤患者作为对照组,给予常规护理,选取在2018年期间来该院进行治疗的98例肿瘤患者作为研究组,在常规护理中结合安全目标管理,然后对比两组患者的护理结果。结果经过护理后,对照组安全事件的发生率为6.12%,研究组安全事件的发生率为1.02%,研究组安全事件的发生率显著低于对照组,两组间进行对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者有15例不满意,满意度为84.69%,研究组患者有3例不满意,满意度为96.94%,研究组患者的满意度明显优于对照组,两组间进行对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安全目标管理在肿瘤科护理中具有很高的临床应用价值,能显著提高护理质量,降低安全事件的发生率,保障患者健康,值得在临床中广泛推广应用。

Application of Safety Objective Management in Oncology Nursing

Objective To analyze the effect of applying safety target management in oncology nursing. Methods A total of98 tumor patients who were treated in our hospital during 2017 were selected as the control group and given routine care. A total of 98 tumor patients who were treated in our hospital during 2018 were selected as the study group. Safety goals were combined in routine care management, and then compare the results of the two groups of patients. Results After nursing,the incidence of safety events in the control group was 6.12%, the incidence of safety events in the study group was 1.02%,and the incidence of safety events in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.(P<0.05). 15 patients in the control group were dissatisfied with a satisfaction rate of 84.69%. Three patients in the study group were dissatisfied with a satisfaction rate of 96.94%. The satisfaction rate of the patients in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Safety target management has high clinical application value in oncology nursing. It can significantly improve the quality of care,reduce the incidence of safety events, and protect the health of patients. It is worthy of extensive popularization and application in clinical practice.
