基层医院药师,主要通过保障医院合理用药,与医生一起为患者制定合理用药方案的途径为患者服务。临床药师在我国的基层医院逐渐开始普及,很多县级的医院都开始将临床药师作为发展的重点。随着近几年医学模式的不断改善,医院更加追求人性化的服务,关心患者的心理变化、行为变化、环境变化、生活变化以及社会生活的变化,已经成为提供药学服务必不可少的环节。在此种背景下,在基层医院开展中药临床药学服务工作中,还存在着多样的问题。该文针对临床药师在基层医院的现状与未来发展展开分析和探究。

Status and Future Development of Clinical Pharmacists in Primary Hospitals

Basic hospital pharmacists mainly serve patients by ensuring reasonable drug use in hospitals and working with doctors to formulate reasonable drug use plans for patients. Clinical pharmacists have gradually begun to spread in the grassroots hospitals in China, and many county-level hospitals have begun to take clinical pharmacists as the focus of development. With the continuous improvement of the medical model in recent years, the hospital is pursuing more humanized services. Caring for patients’ psychological changes, behavior changes, environmental changes, life changes, and changes in social life has become an indispensable link in the provision of pharmaceutical services. Under this background, there are still various problems in the clinical pharmacy service of traditional Chinese medicine in primary hospitals. This article will analyze and explore the current situation and future development of clinical pharmacists in primary hospitals.
