安全管理在提升儿科门诊护理质量中的应用分析

目的探讨安全管理在提升儿科门诊护理质量中的应用效果。方法入选对象为2017年1月-2018年2月该院收治的102例患儿,根据护理管理方法不同,平均分为观察组和对照组,每组51例。对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组对护理工作进行安全管理。结果观察组患儿家长对儿科门诊护理的态度、职业素养、健康知识宣教和护理操作规范度的评分分别为(8.29±0.58)分、(8.51±0.47)分、(8.71±0.60)分,明显高于对照组的(7.12±0.37)分、(7.01±0.29)分、(6.74±0.50)分,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组36名患儿家长对护理非常满意,13名基本满意,仅有2名不满意,总满意度为96.08%;对照组28名患儿家长对护理非常满意,13名基本满意,有10名不满意,总满意率80.39%;观察组总满意度明显高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿科门诊护理中开展安全管理,能够有效的提高儿科门诊护理质量,增加患儿及家长的护理满意度。

Application Analysis of Safety Management in Improving the Quality of Pediatric Outpatient Care

Objective To explore the effect of safety management in improving the quality of pediatric outpatient care.Methods A total of 102 children admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group,with 51 cases in each group according to the nursing management method.The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the observation group performed safety management on the nursing work.Results The scores of parents in the observation group on attitudes towards pediatric outpatient nursing,professional literacy,health knowledge education and nursing practices were(8.29±0.58)points,(8.51±0.47)points,(8.71±0.60)points,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(7.12±0.37)points,(7.01±0.29)points,(6.74±0.50)points,the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(P<0.05);the parents of 36 children in the observation group were very satisfied with the care,13 were basically satisfied,and only 2 were dissatisfied,the total satisfaction was 96.08%;the parents of 28 children in the control group were very satisfied with the care,13 were basically satisfied,10 were dissatisfied,and the total satisfaction rate was 80.39%;the total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out safety management in pediatric outpatient care can effectively improve the quality of pediatric outpatient care and increase the nursing satisfaction of children and parents.
