人性化护理管理在儿童康复病房中的应用效果研究

目的探析人性化护理管理在儿童康复病房中的应用效果。方法 2018年3月-2019年5月,选取在该院康复科接受治疗的82例患儿,随机分为两组,对照组41例,观察组41例,给予对照组常规的护理,观察组在其基础上,应用人性化的护理管理加以干预,对两组智能DQ值、神经行为、满意度进行观察。结果智能DQ值、神经行为的能力经干预后,观察组数据较对照组较为优越,观察组满意度100.0%较对照组78.0%高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.710,P<0.05)。结论将人性化的护理管理应用于儿童康复病房中,家属的满意度得到了提高,使护理投诉和事故得到有效减少。

Study on the Effect of Humanized Nursing Management in Children's Rehabilitation Ward

Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing management in children's rehabilitation ward.Methods From March 2018 to May 2019,82 patients who were treated in the rehabilitation department of the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,41 patients in the control group and 41 patients in the observation group.The control group adopted routine nursing,based on this,the observation group applied humanized nursing management to intervene,and observed the intelligent DQ value,neurobehavior,and satisfaction of the two groups.Results After the intervention of the intelligent DQ value and the ability of neurobehavior,the data in the observation group was superior to the control group.The satisfaction of the observation group was 100.0%higher than that of the control group 78.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=11.710,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing management in children's rehabilitation ward improved the satisfaction of family members,effectively reduced nursing complaints and accidents.
