关于加强医院信息化项目管理的实践与思考

随着当前社会市场经济的快速发展,医院信息化建设,正逐渐成为医院现代化管理的重要内容,将项目管理融入到医院的信息化建设中,强化医院的信息化管理能力,提升医院的工作效率,能够极大地提升医院的行业竞争力。目前,各医院都在加强信息化的建设,对医院的各项行为、发展等,进行及时有效的系统化管理,但由于缺少完善的系统建设,很多医院的信息化建设处于摸索阶段,导致信息化建设的效果并不理想。因此,加强医院信息化项目管理的实践与思想,是极为必要的。该文对我国信息化项目管理进行分析,并提出相关解决建设。

Practice and Thinking on Strengthening Hospital Informationization Project Management

With the rapid development of the current social market economy, hospital information construction is gradually becoming an important part of hospital modern management. Project management is integrated into hospital information construction to strengthen the hospital’s information management capabilities and improve the hospital’s information management capabilities. At present, all hospitals are strengthening the construction of informatization, and conducting timely and effective systematic management of various behaviors and developments of hospitals. This paper will analyze the hospital information project management in China, and put forward relevant solutions.
