| 摘 要： | 目的探究PDCA循环理论对血液净化中心护理带教质量提升的效果。方法选取该院血液净化中心进修和新入职护理人员46名,将护理人员进行随机分组,对照组给予常规带教,研究组给予PDCA循环理论带教,比较两组护理人员的理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩、交流沟通成绩和护理人员对带教工作的满意率。结果研究组的理论知识成绩、实践操作成绩、交流沟通成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组护理人员对带教工作的满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环理论用于血液净化中心护理带教工作中显著提高带教质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of PDCA cycle theory on the quality of nursing teaching in blood purification center.Methods Forty-six nursing staff of the hospital's blood purification center were recruited.The nursing staff were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine instruction.The research group was given PDCA circulation theory.The theoretical knowledge scores,practice performance,communication performance,and satisfaction rate of nursing staff on teaching were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge scores,practical operation scores,and communication scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of nursing staff in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA circulation theory is used to improve the quality of nursing teaching in the blood purification center. |
