精细化护理管理对提高神经内科护理质量的效果分析

目的探究在神经内科实施精细化护理管理对提高护理质量产生的影响。方法选取84例在2018年6月—2019年6月该院神经内科收治的患者,根据随机数字法分为观察组(精细化护理管理)和对照组(常规管理),各42例。比较两组不良事件发生和护理质量评分情况。结果与对照组(40.48%)相比,观察组不良事件发生率(14.28%)较低(P<0.05),且观察组护理质量评分较高(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科实施精细化护理管理,可以使不良事件发生率明显降低,提高护理质量水平,具有较显著的临床价值。

Effect of Refined Nursing Management on Improving the Quality of Nursing in Neurology

Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing management on improving the quality of nursing in neurology.Methods A total of 84 patients who were admitted to the Department of Neurology in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and divided into observation group(fine nursing management)and control group(routine management)each with 42 people according to random number method.Adverse events and quality of care scores were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(40.48%),the incidence of adverse events(14.28%)in the observation group was lower(P<0.05),and the quality of care score in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined nursing management in neurology can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve the quality of nursing care,which has significant clinical value.
