自主导向学习法与传统教学法在临床护理带教中的效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨自主导向学习法与传统教学法在临床护理带教中的效果。方法选取该院2017年1-12月40名胸部内科实习护生为参照组,选取2018年1-12月40名胸部内科实习护生为观察组,参照组实施传统教学模式,观察组接受自主导向学习模式。比较两组实习护生出科考试成绩、自主导向学习及核心能力情况。结果观察组理论成绩、实际操作成绩评分高于参照组(P<0.05),观察组学习行为、学习意识、学习策略、沟通能力、自我评价等自主导向学习评定评分高于参照组(P<0.05),观察组评判思维能力、临床护理能力、人际关系、领导能力、专业发展能力等核心能力评定评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论自主导向学习法用于临床护理带教中效果显著,可提升实习护生出科考试成绩、自主导向学习能力及核心能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of self-directed learning and traditional teaching methods in clinical nursing teaching. Methods 40 internships of chest medicine in the hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the reference group, and 40 internships of chest medicine in the hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the observation group. Teaching mode, the observation group accepted the self-directed learning mode. The two groups of internship nursing students were compared in their examination results, self-directed learning and core competence. Results The observation group’s theoretical and practical performance scores were higher than the reference group(P<0.05). The observation group’s learning behavior, learning consciousness, learning strategy, communication ability, and self-evaluation scores were higher than the reference group(P<0.05), the observation group’s core competence evaluation scores such as thinking ability, clinical nursing ability, interpersonal relationship, leadership ability, professional development ability were higher than the reference group(P <0.05). Conclusion The self-directed learning method is effective in clinical nursing teaching, and can improve the test scores, self-directed learning ability and core ability of internship nursing students.
