摘    要:在医院管理系统中,最主要的管理岗位中包括护士长职务,护士长面临的任务和承担的责任在临床管理中发挥着及其重要的作用,其作用有利于建立良好与和谐的科室,护士长在绩效考核中发挥着管理职能,保证科室能够正常运转。绩效考核可以提升护理工作质量和水平,提高患者满意度,从多方面满足患者的需求,激发护理人员的创新性、工作潜能、自主学习能力、提高护理人员的上进心。通过绩效考核鼓励护理人员工作的积极性,提高工作效率,使其保持良好的工作状态。同时,为护理人员创造了公平、公正、公开的竞争平台,并且还能调动每个护理人员的工作积极性和主动性,从而提高患者及患者家属的满意度,护理人员的综合素质得到提高。在该次研究中,研究护士长在神经内科绩效考核中的管理职能,为医院同行提供更多的参考意见。

Abstract:In the hospital management system,the most important management positions include the position of head nurse.The tasks and responsibilities that the head nurse faces play an important role in clinical management,and its role is conducive to the establishment of a good and harmonious Departments and head nurses play management functions in performance evaluation to ensure the normal operation of the departments.Performance assessment can improve the quality and level of nursing work,improve patient satisfaction,meet the needs of patients from various aspects,stimulate the innovation,work potential,autonomous learning ability of nursing staff,and improve the motivation of nursing staff.The performance appraisal encourages the enthusiasm of the nursing staff to improve their work efficiency and keep them in good working condition.At the same time,it creates a fair,just and open competition platform for nursing staff,and can mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of each nursing staff,thereby improving the satisfaction of patients and their families,and improving the overall quality of nursing staff.In this study,the management function of head nurses in neurological performance evaluation was studied to provide more reference for hospital colleagues.
