护理风险管理在神经内科病房中的应用价值体会

目的探讨护理风险管理在神经内科病房中的应用价值。方法选取2017年6月-2019年5月该院收诊的164例神经内科住院患者,按照实施管理阶段分为观察组(护理风险管理)82例与对照组(传统护理管理)82例,比较2组护理服务质量评分(消毒隔离、病房管理、基础护理),护理风险发生率,护理满意度指标。结果治疗结束,观察组护理服务质量评分(消毒隔离、病房管理、基础护理),护理风险发生率(2.44%),护理满意度(98.78%)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理方法可有效提高神经内科住院患者护理服务质量与护理满意度,减少其护理风险发生情况。

Value of Nursing Risk Management in Neurology Ward

Objective To explore the value of nursing risk management in neurological wards.Methods A total of 164 inpatients of neurology who were admitted to the hospital from June 2017 to May 2019 according to implementation management phase divided into the observation group(nursing risk management)82 cases and the control group(traditional nursing management)82 cases.Two groups of nursing service quality scores(disinfection and isolation,ward management,basic care),incidence of nursing risk,and nursing satisfaction indicators were compared.Results After the treatment was completed,the observation group's nursing service quality scores(disinfection and isolation,ward management,and basic care),the incidence of nursing risk(2.44%),and nursing satisfaction(98.78%)were better than the control group with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing risk management method can effectively improve the nursing service quality and nursing satisfaction of inpatients in neurology department,and reduce the occurrence of nursing risk.
