角膜塑形镜在控制近视发展中的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨角膜塑形镜在控制近视发展中的临床研究。方法选择本院2018年3月-2018年8月收治的72例近视青少年的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据患者所选治疗方式不同将其分为两组。对照组及研究组患者分别接受框架眼镜及角膜塑形镜矫治,比较两组患者在试戴1 d、1个月、3个月及6个月时的治疗效果、角膜内皮细胞及眼轴长度,以及并发症发生率。结果研究组患者试戴3个月、6个月后角膜曲率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),试戴6个月后裸眼视力高于对照组,屈光度低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者并发症发生率为13.89%,对照组患者并发症发生率为41.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论角膜塑形镜在控制近视发展中效果显著,且并发症少,对角膜内皮细胞影响小。

Clinical Study of Orthokeratology Lenses in Controlling the Development of Myopia

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical study of orthokeratology lenses in controlling the development of myopia.Methods The clinical data of 72 myopic adolescents admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to August 2018 were selected for retrospective analysis.They were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods selected by the patients.The control group and the study group were treated with frame lenses and orthokeratology lenses respectively.The therapeutic effects,corneal endothelial cells,length of optic axis,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups after 1 day,1 month,3 months and 6 months of trial wear.Results The corneal curvature of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group after 3 months and 6 months(P<0.05).The naked vision of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group after 6 months,and the diopter was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 13.89%in the study group and 41.67%in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthokeratology lenses are effective in controlling myopia,with fewer complications and less impact on corneal endothelial cells.
