试剂耗材的管理是疾病预防控制中心实验室管理工作的重要内容,也是加强疾病预防控制中心内部质量控制,降低成本的重要环节。该文结合该中心试剂耗材管理经验,健全和完善规章制度,精细采购计划,优化招采形式,信息化申领与验收,科学管理与监督,供应商评价反馈等方面,探讨疾控中心试剂耗材精细化管理的举措,进而提出一些建议,促使试剂耗材管理水平不断提高。

Talking about the Fine Management of Reagents and Consumables in the CDC

The management of reagent consumables is an important part of the laboratory management work of the CDC,and it is also an important link to strengthen the internal quality control of the CDC and reduce costs. This article combines the experience of reagent and consumables management in our center, improves and perfects the rules and regulations, refines the purchase plan, optimizes the form of recruitment and procurement, information application and acceptance, scientific management and supervision, and supplier evaluation feedback, explore the measures of chemical management, and then put forward some suggestions to promote the continuous improvement of the management level of reagents and consumables.
