儿科低年资护士基于规范化培训浅析

摘    要:目的分析规范化培训应用于儿科低年资护士中的有效性,评定操作能力评分情况以及患者的满意度。方法在2014年1月-2018年1月,该院开始建立规范化小组,根据儿科基础护理程度,意外事故发生情况,紧急发生情况以及常用操作手段,整合为综合案例,培训小组对70名低年资护士进行考核和测定。分别在培训前以及培训后1年予以专业理论技能,基础操作技能以及综合技能的评定,同时记录培训前后患者的满意度。结果培训后,理论知识评分(81.0±5.5)分、基础技能操作评分(90.3±4.2)分以及综合能力评分(86.1±3.4)分均高于培训前(78.3±5.0)分、(86.2±4.1)分、(83.2±3.0)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后满意度90.00%高于培训前66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过规范化培训模式能够让儿科低年资护士更为有效地担任工作,有利于患者满意度的提升,护士护理技能评分,有利于进一步开展。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the effectiveness of standardized training applied to pediatric low-age nurses, to evaluate the operation ability score and patient satisfaction. Methods From January 2014 to January 2018, the hospital began to establish standardized teams, which were integrated into comprehensive cases based on the level of pediatric basic care, accidents, emergencies, and common operating methods. The training team trained 70 young children of assessment and measurement by qualified nurses. Professional theoretical skills, basic operating skills, and comprehensive skills were assessed before training and one year after training, and patient satisfaction was recorded before and after training. Results After training, the theoretical knowledge score(81.0±5.5)points, basic skills operation score(90.3±4.2)points, and comprehensive ability score(86.1±3.4)points were higher than before training(78.3±5.0)points,(86.2±4.1)points,(83.2±3.0)points, the comparison between groups was statistically significant(P <0.05);the satisfaction rate after training was 90.00% higher than66.67% before training, and the comparison between groups showed a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The standardized training mode can make pediatric low-age nurses to work more effectively, which is conducive to the improvement of patient satisfaction, and the nursing nursing skills score is conducive to further development.
