脑出血围手术期护理安全中细节管理的重要性分析

目的分析脑出血围手术期护理安全中细节管理的重要性。方法将于2018年6-10月在该院接受治疗的60例脑出血围术期患者作为该研究的常规组。将于2018年11月-2019年3月在该院接受治疗的60例脑出血围术期患者作为该研究的细节组。该院于2018年11月开始实施细节管理,以加强保障脑出血围术期患者的安全。对比两组患者的护理满意度、手术失败率、死亡率、住院时间及日常生活能力。结果细节组护理满意度明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。常规组的手术失败率、死亡率为均高于细节组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);细节组的住院时间明显短于常规组(P<0.05),ADL评分明显大于常规组(P<0.05)。结论细节管理在脑出血围手术期护理安全中具有相当重要性,可提升护理满意度,加快恢复速度,提升恢复效果。

Analysis of Importance of Detail Management in Nursing Safety of Cerebral Hemorrhage During Perioperative Period

Objective To analyze the importance of detail management in the safety of perioperative nursing of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage undergoing perioperative treatment in the hospital from June2018 to October 2018 will be used as the routine group in this study. 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who will be treated in our hospital from November 2018 to March 2019 will serve as the detailed group for this study. Our hospital began implementing detailed management in November 2018 to st rengthen the protection of patients with cerebral hemorrhage during perioperative period. The nursing satisfaction, surgical failure rate, mortality, length of stay, and daily living ability of the two groups of patients were compared. Results Nursing satisfaction in the detail group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Surgical failure rate and mortality were higher in the conventional group than in the detail group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05);the hospital stay in the detail group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05), and the ADL score was significantly larger than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Detail management is of great importance in the nursing safety of perioperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage, which can improve nursing satisfaction, speed up the recovery, and improve recovery effect.
