细节化护理管理理念在神经外科护理中的应用与体会

目的观察分析细节化护理管理理念在神经外科护理中的应用效果。方法选取该院在2018年2月-2019年1月搜集的41例神经外科患者一般资料作为实验组(应用细节化护理管理方法),再搜集该院在2017年2月-2018年1月搜集的41例神经外科患者一般资料作为对照组(应用常规护理方法)。采用统计学分析两组神经外科患者的肺部感染发生率、并发症(低氧血症、误吸、排痰不畅)发生率、平均住院时间。结果实验组神经外科患者的肺部感染发生率、并发症(低氧血症、误吸、排痰不畅)发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组神经外科患者的平均住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节化护理管理理念能显著降低神经外科患者肺部感染发生率、并发症发生率,缩短平均住院时间。

Application and Experience of Detailed Nursing Management Concept in Neurosurgical Nursing

Objective To observe and analyze the application effect of detailed nursing management concept in neurosurgical nursing. Methods The general data of 41 neurosurgery patients collected in the hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the experimental group(detailed nursing management method was applied), and then collected from the hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 of 41 neurosurgery patients collected as the control group(applied the routine nursing method). Statistical analysis was used to analyze the incidence of lung infections, complications(hypoxemia,aspiration, and poor sputum output) and mean hospital stay in two groups of neurosurgery patients. Results The incidence of lung infections and complications(hypoxemia, aspiration, and poor sputum output) in neurosurgery patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The concept of detailed nursing management can significantly reduce the incidence of pulmonary infections and complications in neurosurgery patients, and shorten the average hospital stay.
