对普外科门诊患者进行护理风险管理的效果评价

目的探究对普外科门诊患者进行护理风险管理的效果。方法将2017年1月-2018年12月的240例普外门诊的患者纳入研究范围,并依照患者入院时间顺序进行平均分组,将2017年1-12月的普外门诊患者应用常规护理管理方式管理,将其纳入对照组研究范围,将2018年1-12月的普外门诊患者应用护理风险管理方式管理,将其纳入实验组研究范围,对比分析管理干预效果。结果经研究,实验组护理风险事件发生概率(0.83%)及患者投诉率(1.67%)均显著优于对照组,实验组患者的满意程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用护理风险管理方式对普外科门诊患者病症进行干预,有利于降低门诊风险事件发生概率,提升患者的满意程度,降低护患纠纷发生概率。

Effectiveness Evaluation of Nursing Risk Management for General Surgery Outpatients

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management on general surgery outpatients.Methods A total of 240 patients with outpatient clinics from January 2017 to December 2018 were included in the study,and they were evenly divided according to the order of patient admission.The patients with outpatient clinics from January to December 2017 were routinely applied.Management of nursing management methods,including them in the control group,and applying nursing risk management methods to general outpatients from January to December 2018,including them in the experimental group,and comparing and analyzing the effects of management interventions.Results After research,the probability of occurrence of nursing risk events(0.83%)and the rate of patient complaints in the experimental group(1.67%)were significantly better than those in the control group,and the degree of patient satisfaction in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nursing risk management methods to intervene in the symptoms of outpatients in general surgery is conducive to reducing the probability of outpatient risk events,improving patient satisfaction,and reducing the probability of nurse-patient disputes.
