肺炎支原体感染与小儿支气管哮喘发病的相关性

目的探讨肺炎支原体感染与小儿支气管哮喘发病的相关性。方法选取2018年1月-2019年7月到院治疗的肺炎支原体感染并发小儿支气管哮喘100例、肺炎支原体感染100例,两组患者均接受血清降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数(eosinophil,EOS)检测,探究肺炎支原体感染与小儿支气管哮喘发病的相关性。结果对比两组患者的肺炎支原体抗体阳性率以及阴性率,研究组的阳性率高于对照组,阴性率低于对照组;研究组的PCT、hs-CRP、WBC、EOS均高于对照组,(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论肺炎支原体感染与小儿支气管哮喘发病存在相关性。

The Relationship Between Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection and Asthma in Children

Objective To explore the relationship between mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and the incidence of bronchial asthma in children.Methods 100 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection complicated with bronchial asthma and 100 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were selected.Patients in both groups were tested for procalcitonin(PCT),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-crp),white blood cell(WBC)and eosinophil(EOS)in peripheral blood,and to explore the correlation between mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and bronchial asthma in children.Results Comparing the positive rate and negative rate of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody between the two groups,the positive rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative rate was lower than that of the control group;the PCT,hs CRP,WBC and EOS of the study group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion There is a correlation between mycoplasma pneumoniae infection and asthma in children.
