消化科临床实习带教中PBL联合模拟教学的应用价值分析

摘    要:目的探讨消化科临床实习带教中PBL联合模拟教学的应用价值。方法将2018年1月—2019年6月期间,在医院进行学习的86名消化科临床实习生,根据随机数字法,分为对照组(43名)与观察组(43名),对照组实习生给予模拟教学,即在老师指导下,学员模拟扮演某一角色,将现实中的情景微缩到模拟课堂,使用专业的教学器具进行模拟演讲。在此基础之上,观察组联合PBL教学法(以问题为导向的教学方法,是基于现实世界的以学生为中心的教育模式),对两组实习生学习积极性、学习兴趣、社交能力、解决问题能力、健康教育能力等学习效果,学习成绩(理论知识、实践能力)进行比较。结果对照组实习生学习积极性、学习兴趣、社交能力、解决问题能力、健康教育能力等学习效果与观察组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学习成绩(理论知识、实践能力)评分与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在模拟教学的基础上,对消化科临床实习带教中的实习生应用PBL进行联合教学具有十分显著的应用意义,可显著提高实习生学习效果,改善学生的逻辑思维方式,提高理论知识与实践能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined simulation teaching in clinical practice teaching of digestive medicine.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,86 clinical internships in gastroenterology who studied in the hospital.They were divided into the control group(43)and the observation group(43)based on random number,the control group interns gave simulated teaching,that is,under the guidance of the teacher,the students simulated playing a certain role,minimizing the real situation into the simulated classroom,and using professional teaching equipment for simulated lectures.On this basis,the observation group combined PBL teaching method(problem-oriented teaching method,based on the real-world student-centered education model),learning enthusiasm,learning interest,social ability,and solution for two groups of interns.Compare learning effects such as problematic ability,health education ability,and academic performance(theoretical knowledge,practical ability).Results Compared with the observation group,the internship in the control group had significant differences in learning effects such as learning enthusiasm,learning interest,social ability,problem-solving ability,and health education ability,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);practical ability score compared with the control group was significantly different,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of simulation teaching,the combined teaching of PBL internship in clinical practice teaching of digestive medicine has very significant application significance,which can significantly improve the learning effect of interns,improve the logical thinking mode of students,and enhance theoretical knowledge and practical ability,it is worth further promotion.
