安全护理管理模式在妇产科手术室护理中的应用效果

目的研究在妇产科手术室护理中应用安全护理管理模式的临床效果。方法该文将2017年4月-2019年4月期间该院诊治的58例妇产科手术室患者作为分析对象,依据随机法数字表法的形式进行分组处理,每组29例患者,参照组实施常规护理管理,实验组实施安全护理管理模式,研究比较实验组与参照组妇产科手术室患者临床护理情况。结果实验组妇产科手术室患者临床护理满意度、护理操作技能、护理服务态度、与患者沟通能力、器械准备、消毒隔离、操作规范、不良事件发生率与参照组数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将安全护理管理模式应用于妇产科手术室护理中可改善生存质量,减少不良事件发生率,提升服务满意度。

Effect of Safety Nursing Management Model in Nursing of Gynecological and Obstetric Operating Room

Objective To study the clinical effect of applying safe nursing management mode in nursing of gynecological and obstetric operating room. Methods In this article, 58 patients from the obstetrics and gynecology operating room diagnosed and treated in the hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were analyzed, and they were grouped according to the random number table method. 29 patients in each group, the routine nursing management was implemented in the control group, and the experimental group implemented the safety nursing management model. The clinical nursing status of patients in the obstetrics and gynecology operating room of the experimental group and the reference group was compared.Results Patients in the gynecological and obstetric operating room of the experimental group had clinical nursing satisfaction, nursing operation skills, nursing service attitude, ability to communicate with patients, equipment preparation, disinfection and isolation, operating practices, and incidence of adverse events compared with the reference group data(P<0.05),There were statistical research values of data indicators. Conclusion Applying the safety nursing management model to the gynecological and obstetric operating room nursing can improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve service satisfaction.
