摘 要: | 目的研究以学生为主体的神经内科住院医师规范化培训模式及其效果。方法选择2018年1月—2019年4月期间在该院神经内科接受规培的住院医师45名,根据不同培训模式划分组别(对照组22名、研究组23名),给予对照组传统的床旁教学查房模式,给予研究组以学生为主体的规范化培训模式,对比两组培训的效果。结果两组学员腰穿成绩对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组学员阅片情况、神经系统查体、理论知识考核等成绩明显高于对照组学员(P<0.05);研究组学员对教学的总满意度明显高于对照组学员(P<0.05)。结论以学生为主体的神经内科住院医师规范化培训模式,有利于提升规培的效果,并提升学员对教学的满意度。

Abstract: | Objective To study the standardized training model of neurology resident physicians with students as the main body and its effect.Methods 45 residents who received regular training in neurology in the hospital from January 2018 to April 2019,were divided into two groups according to different training modes(22 in the control group and 23 in the research group).The bedside teaching rounds mode was given to the study group as a standard training mode with students as the main body,and the effects of the two groups of training were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the results of waist penetration between the two groups of students(P>0.05),but the scores of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The students'total satisfaction with teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized training mode of neurology resident doctors with students as the main body is conducive to improving the effectiveness of training and improving the students'satisfaction with teaching. |
