护士长管理干预对提高护理质量及减少护患纠纷的效果分析

摘    要:目的探讨分析护士长管理干预对提高护理质量及减少护患纠纷的效果。方法研究2018年2月—2019年2月该院收治的80例住院患者,将患者随机分为参照组和研究组,每组各40例患者,对参照组的患者进行常规护理措施,在此基础上对研究组的患者进行护士长的管理干预,在治疗结束后对两组患者的护理质量水平和出现护患纠纷的情况进行对比分析。结果研究组患者对护理情况满意的有30例,基本满意的有8例,不满意的有2例,整体满意率为95.00%(38例);参照组患者对护理情况满意的有18例,基本满意的有13例,不满意的有9例,整体满意率为77.50%(31例),研究组患者的满意率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护患纠纷的发生率为2.50%(1例),参照组患者护患纠纷的发生率为20.00%(8例),研究组护患纠纷的发生率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士长的管理干预可以有效提高护理服务质量水平,护患纠纷的发生率有明显的减少,在无形中增加患者的满意度,让患者能够早日恢复健康。

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the effects of head nurses'management intervention on improving the quality of nursing care and reducing nursing disputes.Methods A total of 80 inpatients admitted to the hospital during the past year were selected.The specific selection period was from February 2018 to February 2019.The patients were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group.The patients were given routine nursing measures.On the basis of this,the management intervention of the head nurse was performed on the patients in the study group.After the treatment,the quality of care of the patients in the two groups and the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes were compared and analyzed.Results There were 30 patients in the study group who were satisfied with the nursing situation,8 cases who were basically satisfied,and 2 cases who were dissatisfied.The overall satisfaction rate was 95.00%(38 cases);18 patients in the reference group were satisfied with the nursing situation.There were 13 cases of basic satisfaction and 9 cases of dissatisfaction.The overall satisfaction rate was 77.50%(31 cases).The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the study group was 2.50%(1 case),and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the reference group was 20.00%(8 cases).The incidence of nurse-patient disputes in the study group was significantly lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management intervention of the head nurse can effectively improve the quality of nursing services,the incidence of nursing disputes has been significantly reduced,and the patient's satisfaction is virtually increased,so that patients can recover health as soon as possible.
