PCDA循环法在医院后勤管理中的实例研究

随着社会经济快速发展,生活水平不断提高,人民对医疗服务的质量要求也越来越高。公立医院在社会医疗体系中有着无可替代的作用,不仅要不断提高自身的医疗水平,同时要面向市场不断优化服务质量,以提高医院声誉度和患者满意度。医院后勤管理部门是医院运行流程中重要的一环,落后的后勤服务保障体系会制约医院的服务质量提升和医院形象的塑造。随着医院后勤管理越来越被人们所重视,如何更好地提升后勤管理能力与工作效率,从而提升公立医院的整体竞争力将是医院后勤管理研究的发展方向。文章结合北京大学肿瘤医院食堂外包管理中出现的问题,在工作中运用PDCA循环,把各项工作按照作出计划、计划实施、检查实施效果运行,建立食堂管理优化方案,探索医院后勤管理建设的发展之路。

Case Study of PCDA Circulation Method in Hospital Logistics Management

With the rapid development of society and economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,people's requirements for the quality of medical services have become higher and higher.Public hospitals have an irreplaceable role in the social medical system,not only to continuously improve their own medical standards,but also to continuously optimize the quality of services to the market in order to improve hospital reputation and patient satisfaction.The hospital logistics management department is an important part of the hospital operation process.A backward logistics service guarantee system will restrict the improvement of hospital service quality and the shaping of the hospital image.With the increasing emphasis on hospital logistics management,how to better improve logistics management capabilities and work efficiency,thereby enhancing the overall competitiveness of public hospitals will be the development direction of hospital logistics management research.Based on the problems in the outsourcing management of the canteen of the Peking University Cancer Hospital,the article uses the PDCA cycle in the work,to complete the work according to the planning,implementation,and inspection of the implementation effect,establish an optimization plan for the management of the canteen,and explore the development road of hospital logistics management.
