摘    要:目的分析某电镀化工企业存在的职业病危害因素,评价该企业的职业病防护措施及其效果,为该企业提出有效的防护措施建议。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业病危害因素检测法、职业健康检查法和检查表分析法对该企业职业病危害进行评价。结果对该企业存在的铬及其化合物、可溶性镍化合物、硫酸及三氧化硫、氧化锌、氯化氢及盐酸、氢氧化钠、工频电场进行了检测,检测结果均合格,合格率为100%,其中铬及其化合物浓度达到了行动水平。结论该企业生产项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,其职业危害情况基本符合要求,但需加强对职业防护设施、个人防护用品、应急救援设施和职业健康体检的管理工作。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the occupational hazard factors in an electroplating chemical company, evaluate the occupational disease protection measures and their effects, and propose effective protective measures for the company. Methods Occupational health field survey method, occupational disease hazard factor detection method, occupational health examination method and checklist analysis method were used to evaluate the occupational disease hazard of the enterprise. Results The chromium and its compounds, soluble nickel compounds, sulfuric acid and sulfur trioxide, zinc oxide, hydrogen chloride and hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, and power frequency electric field in this enterprise were tested. The concentration of chromium and its compounds reached the level of action. Conclusion The production project of this enterprise is a construction project with serious occupational disease hazards, and its occupational hazard situation basically meets the requirements. However, it is necessary to strengthen the management of occupational protective facilities, personal protective equipment, emergency rescue facilities and occupational health examinations.
