门诊细节服务管理对导诊护理服务质量的影响

摘    要:目的研究门诊细节服务管理对导诊护理服务质量的影响。方法随机从2017年9月-2019年1月来院就诊的门诊患者中选取200例进行研究,将患者随机分为两组,每组100例。对照组行常规门诊服务管理,观察组患者行门诊细节服务管理,对比两组患者的门诊护理满意度、门诊等待时间及SAS评分。结果与对照组相比,观察组的门诊护理满意度明显提升,门诊等待时间缩短,SAS评分显著减小(P<0.05)。结论实施门诊细节服务管理后,导诊护理服务质量显著提升,患者门诊等待时间缩短,有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of detailed outpatient service management on the quality of guided care services.Methods A randomized study of 200 out-patients from September 2017 to January 2019 was conducted, with patients randomly divided into two groups,100 in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine outpatient service management and outpatient detail service management in the observation group. Results Compared with the control group, the outpatient care satisfaction in the observation group was significantly improved, the waiting time in the outpatient clinic was shortened, and the SAS score was significantly reduced(P<0.05). Conclusion After the implementation of outpatient detailed service management, the quality of guided care services has been significantly improved, and the waiting time for outpatients has been shortened, which effectively relieves the patient’s anxiety.
